Cancellation Policy

​1. Policy Overview:

1. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our customers. To ensure fairness and to accommodate all patrons, we have established a 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings at our golf simulator facility.

2. Cancellation Window:

• Customers must cancel their reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation Process:

1. Online Reservations: Cancel your booking through our online booking system at app.birrdi.com/u/reserve?team_booking_link_id=scorzone-golf-center.  Log in to your account in the top right corner and then click on reservations to begin your cancellation request.

• Phone Reservations: Call us at 585-902-ZONE to cancel your reservation.  You can also write to us at [email protected].

4. Cancellation Fees and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time: No cancellation fee will be charged. Your refund will go to an electronic gift card that can be used to book a sim time in the future.
• No-Shows and Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time: No refund will be issued.

6. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any fees.  Please call 585-902-ZONE for rescheduling availability.

7. Exceptional Circumstances:

• In case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact our management directly at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your message.
